OrthopedicPillow.store Return Policy

At OrthopedicPillow.store, we understand that your body may need time to adjust to a new orthopedic pillow. While many of our customers experience immediate relief, some require an adaptation period as their posture and neck alignment improve.

We strongly recommend using your pillow consistently for 2–3 weeks to allow your body to properly adjust to the new ergonomic support.

If after this period you are still not fully satisfied, you are protected by our 60-day return policy.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
The product must be returned in its original packaging
A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of delivery

Important:
If the original packaging is not used, a $15 restocking and handling fee may be deducted from your refund to cover additional packaging and processing costs.

Bundle & Promotional Purchases

If you purchase a bundle deal or promotional set and return only part of the bundle:

The promotional discount will be voided
The remaining item(s) will be charged at full regular price

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

Visit our customer support page
Submit your order number and email address
Once approved, you will receive:
- Return instructions
- A return shipping label (when applicable)

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges

We offer one exchange per order for eligible products.
After one successful exchange, the order is no longer eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

You will be notified by email
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider

Return Shipping Fees:

A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted for standard returns
Orders with a return value greater than $400 may incur a $30 return shipping fee due to higher logistics costs
Shipping protection and insurance fees are non-refundable

International Returns

At this time, we do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs All international returns must be shipped with prepaid postage and tracking. We do not accept C.O.D. returns.

Limitations & Abuse Prevention

To maintain fair usage of our return policy:

Only one return per SKU per order is allowed
Bundle sets are counted as one SKU
Repeated return activity from the same customer or address may result in:
- Refused return requests
- Account restrictions
